These pictures were from today at 9 am. Just 3 full days and guys had this house back together to this point.
Day 1 strip and wrap exterior with new ENVS house wrap
Day 2 install 3/4 of the vinyl siding
Day 3 finish vinyl siding 95% and all soffit work close to complete along with metal on slot of areas
Day 4 close to completion
1 more day left to completion with minimal distributions to the homeowners.

Behind every great company is a great team.
These are some of the guys that make it happen every single day at Cycle Carpentry. The ones showing up early, working hard, and taking pride in every roof and siding job we complete.
And something else we take pride in — the way we show up. Clean, lettered trucks and professional equipment. When we pull up to your home, you know exactly who we are and who’s working on your house.
No mystery vehicles. No unmarked vans. No leaking oil stains left in your driveway.
Just a hardworking crew, well maintained trucks, and a company that respects your home as much as you do.
Proud of this team and proud of the standards we hold ourselves to every day.
— Cycle Carpentry
Today we spent a few hours with 5 of our guys completing our Master Craftsman Siding Certification through CertainTeed.
This is another big step in taking our siding division to the next level.
Because of this certification, we can now offer our customers a 50-year warranty on our vinyl siding installations — something very few companies are able to provide.
We’re constantly investing in training, education, and better systems because our goal is simple: be the best for our customers and deliver the most value possible.
Our team keeps growing, improving, and showing the community why Cycle Carpentry stands tall among the many contractors in our area.
Thank you to everyone who continues to trust us with your homes.
Weymouth siding project day number one
Guys removed all existing wooden siding and prepped the house with our fully adhered Vycor ENVS house wrap. Guys are working on cleanup for the day as well as starting to install our super Colonial corner boards.
Something I feel we should point out is that the house wrap we use on a house this large cost around $2000 while our competitors are still using the basic house wrap which cost around $200 for a house this size.
We also use CertainTeed Colonial super corner boards which carry a price tag of about $100 each compared to our competitors using the 4 inch basic corner board coming in at just about $30 each
These are our baseline standard options as I have yet to hear about a company, including these without an added up charge.
We keep our prices extremely competitive the only difference we use top-tier materials, and we will never skimp on that
When you hire cycle carpentry for your roofing or siding project, there’s never a question about lack of quality
We just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has been referring us, tagging us on Facebook, and recommending us to your friends and family.
This support is what keeps our business growing, and we’re incredibly proud to serve homeowners all across Massachusetts.
A reminder for anyone who sends work our way:
🏠 Roofing referrals: If your referral turns into a signed contract, we pay $100–$200 cash when you directly connect us with the homeowner.
🏠 Siding referrals: If we close the job, the referral bonus is a minimum of $250.
🏡 New for 2026 – Real Estate Referral Program
Since we work with so many great agents, we’re starting a program where any real estate professional who refers us a project will receive a 4% referral based on the total contract price.
We’re looking to build an even bigger network this year where everyone benefits from recommending one of the most trusted roofing and siding companies around.
If you know someone who needs roofing, siding, or exterior work, feel free to tag them here or send them our way.
We appreciate all of you and the continued support! 🙏
New roof this morning over here in Carver, Massachusetts.
We installed the siding on this house a few years ago and the homeowners were waiting a few years to have the roof replaced as you can see much older three tab shingles.
Hidden damage on the back sections of Roofs
This home had significant damage this winter and homeowners needed it replaced prior to having the interior fixedZ
Spring is right around the corner, and as people start planning projects around their homes, I want to share something important.
Everyone wants everything done cheap. But the truth is, when something is done cheap, it usually means corners are being cut somewhere, whether it’s lower quality materials, rushed labor, or a company trying to get in and out of a job as fast as possible because it was underbid.
Quality work takes time, experience, and the right products.
When you hire an established company, they usually won’t be the cheapest price and that’s actually a good thing. A reputable company prices their work competitively for the market, sometimes even a little higher. That tells you they are confident in what they do, they have the experience, and they know how to complete the job properly without rushing through it just to move on to the next one.
There is a huge discrepancy in pricing across every trade out there.
I’ve been in roofing and siding my entire life, and I can tell you this: I will never be the cheapest price. But I can promise you that I will never rush through a job just to maximize profit.
If I ever underbid a project, that falls on me and I will take the loss before I ever cut a corner on someone’s home.
That’s the difference between someone chasing quick work… and a business owner who truly stands behind what they do.
Before you spend thousands on a new roof, make sure you actually need one. At Cycle Carpentry, we believe in facts over fear.
Our $99 Roof Inspection gives you a full video review, minor on-the-spot fixes like sealing popped nails and securing loose shingles, plus a detailed written report so you know exactly what you’re dealing with.
No pressure. No guessing. Just honest information from a company that treats your home like our own. If you’ve been wondering about your roof, now’s the time to get clarity.
We are truly honored to accept the Best Roofing Contractor in East Bridgewater for 2026 award.
To be recognized based on real customer feedback and Google reviews means everything to us. We don’t take that lightly. Every roof we install, every repair we complete, and every emergency call we respond to is done with one goal in mind, protecting our customers’ homes and earning their trust.
This award belongs to our hardworking crew who put in long hours (especially through storms and brutal weather), and to our incredible customers who continue to support and recommend us.
We’re grateful. We’re proud. And we’re just getting started.
Thank you, East Bridgewater, for trusting Cycle Carpentry Corp.

❄️ ROOF SNOW REMOVAL & ICE DAM PREVENTION ❄️
We’re currently seeing 2–3 feet of heavy, wet snow being forecasted. Especially bad for those who didn’t get snow removed prior to this new storm.
That kind of weight can lead to:
✔️ Ice dams
✔️ Interior leaks
✔️ Gutter damage
✔️ Structural stress
Now is the time to get on our schedule early! Stay ahead of the problem and clear your roof before ice dams form and cause costly damage.

Plainville exterior siding and trim job completed earlier in this week. Again, this was a job. We started a few weeks ago prior to the big snowstorm. Guys were finally able to get out there and finish it at the beginning of this week.
Again, we are lucky to have understanding homeowners to deal with.

Hanover James Hardie siding job with new PVC trim and new aluminum Seamless Gutters guys finished up yesterday. While this job was going very smooth a few weeks ago as we approach the finish line we got the big snow snowstorm that delayed finishing until the end of this week.
Luckily, we had very understanding customers. The final finished product speaks for itself.

When comparing roofing and siding companies, experience matters. One of the most important questions homeowners overlook is whether the person quoting the job has actually worked in the field or if they’re simply a salesperson repeating a script.
My name is Curtis Perry, and roofing and siding is what I’ve done my entire life. I began in this trade at 15 years old, and it’s all I’ve ever known. At Cycle Carpentry, our employees and subcontractors share that same hands-on expertise. When we make recommendations, they come from real-world experience not sales tactics.

I took over Cycle Carpentry in 2012 to create the kind of company I’d trust on my own home: professional crews, quality craftsmanship, and a process that keeps homeowners informed every step of the way.

Just wrapping this project up in Abington. Miles of PVC trim replaced on all windows, doors, facial boards, soffits, rake, boards, freeze boards, as well as all miscellaneous trim
New, James Hardy cement board siding on entire home with 5 inch exposure. Replaced all storm doors, replaced a few windows and one rear patio door.
This was a pretty large project and it was very time-consuming because it was a trilevel home. Meaning there were no large walls that we could gain any speed on the house was pretty cut up.
Absolutely beautiful final result
