Bridgewater Roof complete guys are just replacing some sheathing in the inside corner due to some water damage that occurred from a bad valley on the roof that was improperly installed

Another repeat Customer a few months ago we installed the new rubber roof under their existing deck. Now we are back to install the asphalt shingles.

Repeat Customer in East Bridgewater we were able to do 3/4 of their roof last year and now that the solar has been removed with back to install the rest of the roof

Getting back into some deck work! We’ll probably start to advertise a little more for decking projects and see if we can start up a designated deck division. This project the homeowner wanted to enclose the bottom of the porch with PVC slats and asked for quarter inch spacing not the typical three-quarter spacing. Finished project looks awesome.

Scituate exterior project we started today. Concentrated on chimney removal today, guys will strip and prep the exterior walls tomorrow, replacing a few windows and then getting ready for new James Hardie siding and PVC trim

Lakeville roof and trim job started today guys installed the front metal man side roof last week and are back today to replace the architectural shingles along with replacing all the trim with new black PVC trim. This should be an eye catcher when it’s done

Middleboro project from today. Guys removed all the existing shingles and plywood. While the plywood was removed, it was coordinated to have an HVAC company come in and remove the attic system, along with all ductwork and set the new system in place. The slow down the process a little bit, but the guys were still able to get all the PVC rakes install installed, we changed the size of the plywood to 5/8 and install installed baffles as needed, guys are working late to get the shingles on Tomorrow, all that will be left will be soffit and facia trim along with new Gutters

East Bridgewater roof and plywood completed yesterday ✅

East Bridgewater roof ended up needing 48 sheets of new CDX plywood. Homeowners were aware there was a good chance of needing plywood because of the age of the house. So the guys ended up getting the plywood done and shingles on main house done. Will finish the rest tomorrow
