Weymouth James Hardie siding and trim job progress update We removed the decking from the front porch with plans just to install new composite decking and railings. Come to find out there was no rubber roofing under the deck, but just an ice and water over the sheathing which caused severe water damage and rot. So we removed all the rot , have to install new three-quarter exterior plywood and a new rubber roof while dismantling everything, we noticed that the 4 x 4 post that are supporting the second floor cantaliever we’re bowed out by more than 2 inches in the middle. Which led us to do some digging and discovered the cantilever is framed every 3 to 4 feet and that there is no header in place support supporting the weight. The existing trim that looked to be wrapping in existing header was actually hollow and only for looks So we now have to install some temporary walls under the porch and in the basement to carry the weight while we build a new header and install new 4 x 6 supporting post. Along with framing the existing ceiling 16 on center with all appropriate hangers Much more work than anticipated, you never know what you’re going to uncover pictures don’t show the extent of this damage and improper framing

Norwood main house complete along with 5 new solar blind Velux skylights ✅✅✅ Guys will finish the roof and an additional 3 skylights tomorrow. Friday we will frame a new hip roof over front entry 🤟💪

Guys will frame a new hip roof, flash it correctly with the existing siding and shingle it to match the home as well as dress it up with new PVC trim minor setback first thing this morning dealing with a large wasp nest 🐝

Guys we’re finishing the shingling early today on our other Weymouth project and moving on to venting soffits and installing new seamless gutters This job should be 100% tomorrow or Atleast very close to it

New roof along with new soffit ventilation and gutters

Guys were just finishing this re-roof along with new CDX plywood today in Whitman. I left before I could take completed pictures, but they ended up finishing everything. Couldn’t vent the house as we planned so we installed two green monster, solar powered attic exhaust fans.

West Bridgewater job the guys got about 45 square done today along with some new facial boards, corrected some ventilation, replaced about 30 sheets of CD X plywood and framed new overhangs on the soffit of each of the front dorms for a nice clean updated look

Siding project for a repeat customer A few months ago we installed a new roof along with all new plywood decking, gutters and added all PVC trim and proper soffit ventilation. This week we started to strip all the existing siding, replaced the necessary, rotted sheathing, and will start to install new monogram midnight blue vinyl siding. ✅✅✅

Doors we donated to the East Bridgewater little league field concession stand completed today. ✅✅✅🙏

Today’s project we are supplying and donating our labor to install 3 entry doors for the East Bridgewater little league field. Installing steel doors to hopefully eliminate them from getting kicked in like what’s typically been happening down here. Always trying to give back when we can !

Holbrook Roof, siding, trim, and gutters complete after a good amount of time, rebuilding the roofing structure, as well as lots of rot throughout the siding. We had a small crew dedicated to fixing this home while we worked on other jobs the past week. Everything came together great and we are just waiting for the electrician to wrap up the electrical.

I think it was a good thing rescheduling this project from yesterday till today. Typically we would strip and re-roof before the afternoon rain but if I had opened this up yesterday, we would’ve been in significant trouble. This job went from bad to worse very quickly will need all the roof rafters sistered as well as all new three-quarter decking
